It was the second migraine of the week that did it for me.

That was the straw that broke the camels back, and this camel was broken.

The third migraine was confirmation that I made the right decision to walk away from my high paying job…

…the job that was killing me.

I made the decision to go on holidays so I could rest.

Not for adventure.

Not to catch up with friends.

Just to rest.

I’m not the only one who is burnt out.

After the chaos of 2020, more people than ever are pushed to their limit.

It’s tough to experience and tough to watch my friends and family burdened by having to work so hard with little rest.

Being burnt out made me search for any way I could to increase my energy as fast as possible.

So here are 21 steps to more energy.

I put these together for chronic fatigue clients, but they will absolutely work for anyone.

Do not try to implement them all in one day.

Pick the easiest one and go with that.

It may take you several weeks to make it a habit.

Once it’s a habit, pick something else and do that.

Sometimes it is adding something to your lifestyle.

Sometimes it is taking something away.

Deep down, you know what is affecting your energy.

Follow your gut and work on a solution for that thing.

My solution was a 6 week holiday in Noosa and Byron Bay…

…as well as more naps, saying no more, having fun surfing, cutting back on my stuff as I travel, being disciplined with my food and supplements, cutting back sugar, having more fun surfing and working through plenty in my head.

Your recipe for more energy will be a little different to mine, but if you want more energy, it is available inside of you if YOU CHOOSE to release it.

You can save the image to your phone or just choose one thing that you know is easy enough to implement and do consistently.

If you get stuck and don’t know what to do first, let me know and I’m happy to discuss.
